Holiday Art Show at Colina del Sol

Mark your calendars for December 4, 2022 from 10 - 3!
Just a short ride north of ‘downtown’ Los Barriles, you will find the neighborhood of Colina del Sol. There, on the club house grounds you will enjoy the Asociación de Artes Holiday Art Show. This show provides a showcase for local artists to present their creations to the public and just in time for holiday shopping season!! This show offers art work from local artists, jewelry from Elizabeth Perkins, Sunny Dresses, Aprons, pillowcases and other fabric art, wooden bowls from Todos Santos, handmade cards, hats, just to name a few of the artists we will showcase.
Please note, this is an outdoor and FREE event.
While shopping, your nose will be tantalized to the delicious smells coming from our food vendors. We will be featuring burgers from Gourmet Burgers of San Antonio who will also bring his sweet breads, jams, salsa’s and his delicious strudel (and you can order a whole one for your holiday party!). You will also smell the aroma from the Sausage Ladies- and yes, there will be stock you can take home and Carmen's Cafe and her smoothies and treats and Mango Bakery will be there with their delicious desserts to eat on the spot and order for your holiday events! Now, you may be a bit parched, and Asociación de Artes will solve that problem with our beverage bar - it is a fund raiser, so drink up!! Also new this year is Rancho la Venta will be serving their wines. So have a glass with your friends and enjoy the setting. There will be plenty of places to hang out and visit with your friends. Come for breakfast, do your shopping, visit friends and go home after lunch! The lovely grounds lend to a winding stroll through the booths, past the food and around the pool. This show is always held the first Sunday of December.

~ Raffle and Silent Auction ~
You will have the opportunity to also buy a raffle tickets one of our fantastic baskets filled with gift certificates for hotel stays, activities, beauty treatments and dinners! Buy a ticket or 6 and get your chance to win one of the baskets worth hundreds of dollars each. It is the raffle sales that provides the funds from this show to support all the kids programs we do and support throughout the year. This years baskets are worth over $800usd each - that is value for each one of the five baskets!!!
~ Be A Vendor ~
It is easy! All you have to do is show up the day of the show and set up. We set a time of Saturday before the event for you to come and stake your territory, set up your tent so it is an easy set up on Sunday. The event is always held the first Sunday of December.
